As a busy healthcare professional, you probably never get a break to sit down and eat a snack, let alone a decent meal! Between treating, charting, scheduling, and prepping, what time do you have left? It’s easy to grab something out of the vending machine, but there’s a better choice.

Packing snacks ahead of time and throwing a baggie or two into your lunch, purse, or briefcase can ensure that you have a healthy snack on hand.
