As a busy healthcare professional, you probably never get a break to sit down and eat a snack, let alone a decent meal! Between treating, charting, scheduling, and prepping, what time do you have left? It’s easy to grab something out of the vending machine, but there’s a better choice.

Packing snacks ahead of time and throwing a baggie or two into your lunch, purse, or briefcase can ensure that you have a healthy snack on hand. It also means you have a chance to think about what you are putting into your body and you get your snacks ready for the week. Here are some of our favorite quick and easy (and healthy!) treats:
