    I would suggest, if at all possible, go on for your Masters in a specific field. An excellent specialiazation is Gerontology, the study of Ageing. Remember the Baby Boomers and the excellent seniors are in and will be in the next 5-10 years.

    I completed a B.S. in Health Care Administration in 2007 and still have not found a position. Employers want experience yet they are not willing to provide a new grad with the oportunity to gain experience. Any suggestions?
