I think medical records or codeing will be best for me since I know a little about tracking births for people.

I am a RN with a useless BSN degree. I want out! but would like to use my knowledge and 6 years of experience to find a non-clinical job. I have even thought of medical transcription due to work at home potential. Does ANYONE have thought or advice to obtaining a new career.

Some of the jobs I am interested in include: medical social worker, care manager, program manager/coordinator, and anything related to these type of positions. Thanks
