Seven Things You Must Do in an Interview

Show Your Softer Side, Too
Yes, you should speak up and assert your ideas. But there will be times when the folks at the top will want—will even need—for you to go along once a decision has been made, even if you don’t agree with it.
TIP: Think about past experiences you can discuss to demonstrate you’re comfortable with the challenges of a dynamic environment.

I am a Medical Billing Student who graduates soon. I had a phone interview and was unexpectedly asked all of these thought process questions. The interview had to have been humorous. I wish i had went on this site before hand. I lost a huge opportunity, which i hope i can redeem myself with the same hospital. I do not have the healthcare experience, except through school. I want to get started, do i have a chance without experience? How am i supposed to get experienced if no one wants to take on someone fresh out of college?
