For my experience, the case interview and stress interview are one and the same. I hate to be put on the spot and have to think on my feet about hypothetical situations especially when you know you answer is being critically judges.

Oooooooh, those stress interviews! How I'd have nightmares! Went through quite a few while I dabbled in consulting right after college. They really try to break you!
