5 Foods to Avoid Before Your Interview

Remember how your Mom always told you to eat your broccoli? Well she was mostly right. Broccoli is great for you, but you should never eat it before an interview. Even worse than onions, these foods can cause you to answer your interviewer’s questions in ways you’d never imagine.

Broccoli — like beans, curries, and burritos — causes flatulence. Avoid the bloated belly and save these foods until after the interview — both you and your interviewer will be glad you did.
