Healthcare Administration Experience

I am presently taking classes for Healthcare Administration and would like to find some internship job for experience.  So far, I am having no luck.  Does anybody have any advice?

at this point i would suggest just volunteer. i myself and thinkng about doing a masters in healthcare administration. but i already know before i take that journey i better be working and volunteering my time to a local hospital or phycisians office etc.

I am thinking of changing paths to pursue an MBA in healthcare administration. The problem is I have no experience.  My experience is in purchasing for a retail company.  I want to enter healthcare, but not in a clinical setting--but I also do not want a job in billing.


 


ANy ideas?
