Hopefully, this group will be the start of some low cost discussion about the nursing profession and what can be done to make sure that all of us get the opportunity to protect our knowledge base through practice and application. The question for the day is.... What is it about nursing that you think needs to change i.e. many that are not nurses think that nurse are archaic women not apt to change out of arrogance, other's think that nurses eat their young with many unexplainable rules and regulations. Nonetheless, what is it about the profession of nursing that you think needs to be changed?
