Posted 9 months ago Primary care is of utmost importance for every where in the world. But as this is not a lucrative profession, people are reluctant to join this sector. The Govt.should ensure the max.benefits and perks for the individuals who have a self realisation, feeling and commitment to work in this sector and are coming forward to boost up their moral. Individuals on contract can be hired from other countries too who want to work abroad and earn better what they are earning in their country. Thanks Dr.Rajeev Sharma India |

| Posted 9 months ago It used to be that people would get into the medical field because they had a desire to help others....its unfortunate at this day and age that many who get into the profession do so only because of the money, not because they genuinely care...I have listened to many conversations between students who are only looking at professions that make the most money....little do they realize that with the pay they are looking for comes much more responsibility....makes me wonder what kind of doctors and nurses they are going to make. |
