Posted 4 months ago JUst want to say hey. I had a heart attack recently and am looking for good info to avoid that happening again. I've got to lose weight and start working out. I had an angioplasty that has made me feel much better. I am still learning a lot about this and will use places like this to help in my journey. Thanks. |
