I'm having a hard time finding employment. I just recently graduated and I've been applying to several different companies but I'm hearing the same things every time. I don't have any experience within the medical field but my degree is within the medical field. I'm willing to take a low pay just so that I can gain experience as well as get my foot in the door. If I apply for a low paying position, I'm overqualified because I have a degree; and if I apply for a position that requires a degree, I'm underqualified because I lack the experience. I can't win for losing! Is there any other way to enter into the medical field? Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Is this happening to you also?
