How am am supposed to find a good career in the mdical fild when this happens?

Posted 18 days ago Ok I'm wondering on why lets say for example you just came out of school and its been 3 months with no job, and people call you or you call them ask if they'll be able to hire you. then they ask you how much experience you have but your just out of school then they say sorry we need someone with more experience. WELL HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THE EXPERIENCE IF YOU CANT EVEN HIRE ME, see this why its also so hard to find a job because of people's favoritism, and competition, also carelessness. People, i tried anything to find a job but how can i if there are these kind of people out there, its been a year and a half now and still nothing, and i do work at a hospital but i work in the food and dietary department witch I'm not supposed to be by now because of the mean people that i' v dealt with. i graduated to be a cardiovascular technologist and i had this chance of getting that position a year ago but the assholes didn't give that position because of that one day i missed work so here i am still braking my back for these big shots i see in their office with their nice suits and putting their feet up on their desk thinking that their someone. Like I'm starting to think that they know something i don't know like their talking **** behond my back to other places that I'v applied to. So can someone please help me and tell me what to do because its driving me crazy, its like every hospital, clinic, regular office, ext know me who i am but they don't, and i will my self working for a doctor no matter what but they dont know that and telling them that is not going to help because they'll just think I'm lieing and listen the bad guys over at kenedy hospital about my so called bad record which they made them selfs. So can someone tell me what to do because I'v had enough of these games that people play on the small guys that are trying to make a good future for them selfs, oh and also my school is also worthless I'v must of gone in their like 100 times to see what are they doing to try to help me find a job but hey Im a botherence to them because instead of them thinken of me as a desperete person looking for a job they just look at me as old news star tech student and not a harris school of business student. my school changed companys and now its called Harris School of Business now just to let you know |

| Posted 18 days ago First off, your negative attitude will get you no where! A positive psyche is the most important aspect in achieving success. The job market is pretty tough right now, but there are ways to get experience. A great way to get experience is by volunteering. I thought this article had pretty good resources for someone in your situation: How to Get a Healthcare Job Without Experience
This is also a good article as well: Jump Start Your Healthcare Career by Volunteering. Most people get experience in healthcare by volunteering. It isn't really about favoritism or carelessness, and they certainly aren't talking smack behind your back to other people. That's all in your head.
I know it's frustrating. I'd been out of a job for six months but finally found one. The main thing that helped me was to keep a positive attitude and be proactive. As Dylan once said, "The only thing I knew how to do was to keep on keepin on." Best of luck to you. |

| Posted 17 days ago i know and thanx, but the problem is that i dont have time for volunteer work right cause im financially tight right now and need money now and trust me i tried to get into volunteer work but they never contacted me so i tried contacting them alot but nothing, and also yes of course i'v been patient trust me i know the tricks and its been a year and a half now and nothing, dont even ask me how many places i'v applied to cause i lost count |
